Carwyn Winiata
Entering the Security Industry in 1997 I have had a long and enjoyable career.
Starting as a night shift security officer to a supervisor, to a contractor and then manager  for an Auckland based security business (Double Security), I understand the value of good old fashion service and the difference it makes.
In 2004, I went on to open my own business (North Shore Security). Following some 12 years of successfully serving our customers the business (including its other various brands) was successfully acquired. 
These days, I use my 25+ years of experience, knowledge and vision for risk management to protect our customers assets and peoples  livelihoods.
I currently serve as Director at Vanguard Security Services Limited, which provides the full range of security services. Vidlink Limited, which focusses on the delivery of CCTV projects and ISMC Limited, which is dedicated to providing support, management and coordination to industries whom consume security services i.e. Property Management Firms, Security businesses and other portfolio style operations.

Robert Henry
I have more than 20 years of local security experience. This experience includes guard services, loss prevention, alarm monitoring, sales and client relationships.
I believe offering affordable, real-world solutions is key to success.
I began my security career while living abroad where I worked for one of the largest locally own manpower companies in Ireland.
I returned to NZ and joined the security industry with one of the largest local security businesses.
Since 2019 I have been at the helm of Vanguard Security where we offer the full range of security solutions to customers.
I have a passion for the protection of others and an eye for risk. Having witnessed the changes over the years, we work hard and invest heavily in people and systems which not only serve our operation and people but also benefits our customers.​ 
I take great pleasure in serving our customers needs and look forward to a long and successful relationship with all I come into contact with.
