Video Verified (alarm alerts) @ $40.00+gst PM
This service plan works in conjunction with your monitored alarm.
When our monitoring station is alerted to an alarm event, we will verify the status of the site security via remote video verification. We do this by remotely connecting to your CCTV system to view live footage. We will seek to ascertain the reason for the alert and action the event in accordance with escalation protocols.

This service plan comes into its own when the area you wish to protect does not have access to an alarm system i.e. a remote location or simply an area you wish to apply an additional layer of protection to. In this scenario, your CCTV system will need to be capable of generating either line crossing or intrusion alerts and transmitting those signals to our monitoring station via a viable internet connection for verification. When alerted, we will seek to ascertain the reason for the alert and action the event in accordance with escalation protocols.

This service plan allows for both alarm system and CCTV system alerts as described in plans 1 & 2.

Why Engage with a Remote Video Monitoring Service?

Connectivity Considerations
Typically, we connect to a customers CCTV system via their fiber internet connection. This being the case, there is no additional monthly connectivity fees attached to this service.

No Internet?
If internet connectivity is not possible on your site we have the option of deploying a 5G wireless transmitter device to perform this task.
In this instance, an additional data plan will be required @ $70.00+gst per month for a plan with modest use and $140.00+gst per month for sites which require a more intense viewing schedule.
The amount of data required will be determined by the amount of remote visits to your onsite cameras, the number of alerts generated from site and/or the number of scheduled virtual patrols we have been contracted to complete. There is a one-off supply and installation charge for said 5G device of $295.00+gst
